A guided meditation workshop
Join Three Point Nine Art Collective for an opportunity to slow down and approach awareness and seek calm during our contemporary moment as we are dealing with anxiety, stress, uncertainty, worry, change, loss, trauma, and pain. In this meditation workshop, participants will be introduced to Calm Awareness (passive relaxed concentration) and will be given the basic tools for starting their own mindfulness practice.
