Greene Scholars 20th Anniversary Luncheon

On May 21, 2022, the Greene Scholars Program is celebrating: Black to the Future – 20 years of education, graduation and innovation!
We invite you to celebrate with us! Corporate and community supporters, GSP participants and alumni will come together on May 21 for this legacy luncheon as we recognize the people and organizations who have been instrumental in Greene Scholars phenomenal success with Black students over 20 years which includes:
- 520+ Black students gaining STEM confidence and STEM competence
- 134 students have graduated from GSP with 100% entering college and 60%+ pursuing a STEM major; since 2016, 55 alumni and $170,000+ in scholarships awarded
- 1700+ science fair projects demonstrating scientific curiosity and engagement
- 50+ Summer Science Institutes hosting more than * 1500 students in partnership with corporations and universities
- 28,000+ parent volunteer hours recorded since 2016
