Bay Area jazz legend Paula West, hailed this December by The New Yorker, who revisited her 1997 seminal and debut album Temptation as “still just about perfect,” returns to Feinstein’s for three intimate shows, including a special Valentine’s Day concert event.
Featuring the Eric Reed Trio, with Mr. Reed on piano, Jerome Jennings on drums, and Essiet Essiet on bass, Ms. West brings to the stage a signature style with her rich, powerful contralto voice and highly nuanced interpretations of extraordinary eclectic songs.
