The pressure on our young women is relentless. From academic stress to social media anxiety, from family expectations to fear of being labeled “bossy” for showing leadership – our girls are facing challenges like never before. But at Cinnamongirl, we refuse to let these pressures dim their light.
That’s why we’re excited invite girls (ages 10 – 18) in our community to our upcoming Mental Health Summit on October 19th. This transformative one-day experience is designed specifically for girls, offering them the tools, support, and inspiration they need to thrive. From workshops on managing social media pressures to sessions on building genuine friendships, we’re tackling the issues that matter most to our girls.
