Alameda Health System Foundation invites you to a benefit for Alameda Health System’s patients and programs in a festive evening of community and entertainment. Soul of Spring is an inspirational experience held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the historic Henry J. Kaiser Center for the Arts, overlooking Lake Merritt in the heart of Oakland.
Join us for delicious bites, signature cocktails, plus special musical performances in a striking setting. In 2024, Soul of Spring featured 5x Grammy winning singer-songwriter and producer, Lalah Hathaway. Soul of Spring 2023 featured 4x Grammy nominee Patrice Rushen and her band. In 2022, Grammy Award-winning Motown Legend Thelma Houston performed her #1 hit, “Don’t Leave Me This Way”. The event will honor the heroes in our community with our Legacy Award and Community Partner Awards.
