- Classic Soulfood Buffet: buttermilk waffles, southern fried chicken, cinnamon croissant french toast stack, omelet station, applewood smoked bacon, chicken apple sausage, home fried potatoes with Tabasco sour cream, shrimp and grits, collard green salad with maple dijon vinaigrette, fresh fruit and salads
- Added Brunch Specialty Items: fried catfish with Cajun remoulade, omelet station
