Award-winning and twice GRAMMY-nominated singer, composer, film producer, and visual artist Carmen Lundy was recently named an NEA Jazz Master and awarded the Jazz Legacies Fellowship from the Mellon Foundation and The Jazz Foundation of America in 2025. She is regarded by many as the finest female jazz singer performing today and is highly regarded for her innovative musicianship, showmanship, and songwriting. She has penned more than two hundred compositions to date, especially rare for a vocalist.
