Hybrid | Low Impact Movement for Improved Balance, Coordination and Strength with Cathleen McCarthy

This class is designed for new exercisers, those returning to exercise, and those who want to ease into movement thoughtfully to re-educate the body. Exercises will include spinal lengthening, joint mobilization, balance exercises and gentle fall recovery to improve balance and strengthening exercises for improved posture and respiration. This workshop will use the following equipment/props: small pilates ball, foam roller, and theraband. For in-person participation, props will be provided.
