Market Street Arts & Theater Festival
The Market Street Arts & Theater Festival brings performances and creative activities to the Mid-Market corridor between Fifth Street and Van Ness Avenue. Its program spans six blocks and three plazas, with more than 50 experiences, including free public performances in dance, circus, drag, live music, visual installations and theater.
Market Street Arts, an initiative of the Mid-Market Business Association & Foundation, presents the October 17 festival. Saluhall at 945 Market Street serves as a festival hub, while programming extends to other public spaces and venues. Public activities are free; selected theater performances require separate paid tickets.
