Church, the El Cerrito Branch NAACP, the City of El Cerrito Human Relations Commission, West Contra Costa Unified School District and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Contra Costa Alumnae Chapter, as we hold space for the 36th Annual MLK Day Celebration.
