Join MoAD and SFJAZZ for an intimate performance in MoAD’s gallery with Martin Luther McCoy.
Welcome Back Love is the new LP from Martin Luther McCoy being released this spring on Rebel Soul Records. January 25th will be an exploration of the process of creation with singer songwriter Martin Luther McCoy who is returning to MoAD and SFJAZZ presents for an intimate and personal look into the songwriting craft as we hear the new works performed live for the first time. Martin will delve into the production process and the various forms his works take on before the final setting is complete. Accompanying him on piano is long term collaborator Paisley Hinton.
A guided tour of MoAD’s exhibitions will be held prior to the performance. This tour is restricted to ticket-holders for the 2pm performance. Space is limited, registration is required. You will receive information on how to register for the tour upon purchasing tickets for the performance.
