Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir 40th Anniversary Holiday Concer
For four decades, the Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir has been a beacon of hope, unity, and joy, bringing together voices from diverse backgrounds to create something truly extraordinary.
Under the Artistic Direction of Terrance Kelly, the 40th Anniversary show will feature performances by Oakland Interfaith Youth Choir (OIYC), Community Choir (OICC) and Gospel Choir (OIGC). In addition, the concert will shine the spotlight on some of the audience’s favorite guest Gospel singers: the dynamic Jacoree Prothro, the energetic Ms. Jackie Tolbert, and powerhouse baritone Reverend Reginald Finley, along with animated ASL interpretation by Half-N-Half’s Sherry Hicks and Michael Velez, creating a more inclusive celebration for all. Get ready to jump to your feet, clap to the beat, and lift your voice!
