Pac and Biggie Are Dead

This play draws from the ethos of hip-hop, African cosmology, and Western staples of theatre. The play explores the impact of two prophets and our impact on their legacy. How they changed the world and were changed by it, even in death. Tupac and Biggie were trying to make sense of the burning house that is America, and in kind, America aimed its capitalist fire at them. Their deaths were minted, literally and figuratively, in the American Zeitgeist.
