Welcome to the Solano County Black Infant Health Program’s 2024 Black History Month Celebration! We will be celebrating and highlighting the positive impacts of African and Black Americans in areas of visual and performing arts, music, cultural movements and more.
We we will watch a documentary, entitled “Black Art: In the Absence of Light”, which spotlights the indelible contributions of some of the foremost African American artists in today’s contemporary art world.
