Switchfoot with Special Guest Anberlin: Forever Now Tour
Switchfoot brings the Forever Now Tour to Blue Note Napa Summer Sessions with special guest Anberlin. Across nearly three decades, Switchfoot has sold more than 10 million albums and five million concert tickets in more than 40 countries, with releases including the multi-platinum The Beautiful Letdown and Grammy-winning Hello Hurricane.
Forever Now, the band’s 14th studio album and first in five years, is a guitar-driven return to its classic sound. Produced by longtime collaborator Mike Elizondo, the record centers on the emotional arc of a person’s final day and reflects the band’s renewed interest in large-scale hooks, guitars and themes.
Switchfoot’s work offstage includes the Bro-Am Foundation, which has raised more than $3 million for at-risk youth in San Diego. The current lineup features Jon Foreman, Tim Foreman, Boaz Roberts, Jerome Fontamillas and Chad Butler.
Anberlin joins with more than two decades of alternative-rock history. The Florida-bred band’s recent album Vega followed its reunion and features singer Matty Mullins in the live-vocal role, adding new material to a catalog that includes the alternative-radio hit “Feel Good Drag.”
