Alamedans to End Alzheimer's is fundraising to honor Elinor, Claudette, and Gerry.

Alzheimer’s is the most common type of dementia, and it has no cure. It has no effective, affordable, or safe treatments. No type of dementia does. And the rate of dementia is expected to DOUBLE in the next 20 years. It is not covered by Medicare and caregiving in assisted living or long-term care facilities is the most expensive of any disease at $8,000-$19,000/month.
