The Reserve, with Chef Minah of Fire + Water
For the inaugural edition of THE RESERVE, we bring together Chef Minah of Fire + Water and Longevity Wines, a distinguished Black family-owned boutique winery, for an extraordinary five-course tasting and wine-pairing experience.
Each course will be thoughtfully prepared and paired with a carefully selected Longevity wine chosen to complement and elevate the flavors on the plate. Throughout the evening, guests will discover the inspiration behind the cuisine, learn the story behind each pairing, and experience firsthand how the right food and wine can transform one another.
And while you dine, the atmosphere comes alive.
A carefully curated soundtrack of smooth, soulful music will set the mood throughout the evening—creating the perfect backdrop to taste, sip, connect, and simply enjoy the moment.
