Tiny Room Poetry Series with Saul Williams, Derrick Sanderlin & Ramona Webb

We’re proud to partner with Listen Different and Poetry Center San José to present a special edition of the Tiny Room Poetry Series featuring Saul Williams, one of the seminal poets of our time.
Williams came to worldwide attention with his Sundance Grand Jury Prize-winning film Slam in 1998, introducing audiences to slam poetry competitions and establishing him as a global ambassador of modern poetry. The consummate polymath—poet, rapper, singer, actor, and writer —has released six studio albums and five books of poetry, with his latest album earning a Grammy Award nomination for Best Spoken Word Poetry Album. He recently wrote, composed, and co-directed the acclaimed sci-fi musical Neptune Frost, selected by The New York Times as the #2 film of 2022.
