Euge Groove
Chart-topping saxophonist Euge Groove returns to Yoshi’s Oakland with music from The Phoenix and a catalog spanning more than 25 years. His expressive contemporary-jazz sound has produced No. 1 singles including “Born 2 Groove,” “Religify,” “Sunday Morning” and “House of Groove.”
Before his solo career, Groove toured with artists including Tina Turner, Joe Cocker and Tower of Power. The Phoenix marks a personal and creative return following major health challenges and reflects the resilience behind his renewed performances.
Performances: Monday, October 5 at 7:30 p.m.; Tuesday, October 6 at 7:30 p.m.
