F (Work in Progress) is a new duet by Babatunji and Hadassah Perry that asks what can emerge from a search for freedom. The artists confront the ways “freedom” in America can be invoked to defend homogeneity, bigotry and hate.
The work instead imagines freedom through love, frivolity, imagination and tenderness, asking what becomes possible when people give themselves permission to be fully themselves. ASL interpretation is provided.
