The Tony Award-winning Best Musical The Wiz returns in an all-new national tour direct from Broadway. Its groundbreaking retelling of The Wizard of Oz follows Dorothy’s journey to find her place in a contemporary world through a score filled with soul, gospel, rock and 1970s funk.
Directed by Schele Williams, with choreography by JaQuel Knight and additional material by Amber Ruffin, the production blends ballet, jazz and modern pop into a new groove for easing on down the road.
