Tyra has experience working with elected officials, crafting legislation while also working to navigate relationships with legislators. She also founded Imprint City, an organization activating underutilized areas in neighborhoods with projects that encourage increased foot traffic, which positively impacted local economies.
Tyra has served on San Francisco Mayor London Breed's COVID-19 Economic Recovery Task Force as well as the board member of Emerge California, and currently serves on the San Francisco Bay Area Planning and Urban Research Association (SPUR).
Ms. Fennell is a proud legacy graduate of Howard University.
