Mayor London N. Breed, 45th Mayor of the City and County of San Francisco and known as a staunch advocate for the arts, was surprised during Women’s History Month with a portrait painted by artist Bobby Arte.
Bobby Arte is a classically trained oil painter and portrait artist. He specializes in what he calls “Urban Fine Art,” painting other Bay Area greats like rapper E-40.
