Saxophonist, composer and producer Alicia Camiña Ginés is one of the emerging voices in contemporary jazz, recognized for a distinctive fusion of jazz and flamenco that bridges her Andalusian roots with a modern sensibility.

Born in Seville, Spain, she chose the saxophone at age seven and built a strong artistic identity early. She studied at the Higher Conservatory of Music of Seville before earning a Master’s Degree in Saxophone Performance at the prestigious Berklee College of Music, where her vision expanded within an international environment. Now based in Los Angeles, she has developed a musical language that seamlessly integrates flamenco phrasing, jazz harmony and modern influences, balancing tradition and innovation. Alongside her solo career she has toured internationally with productions such as The Life and Music of George Michael and collaborated with acclaimed artists including Adrian Younge and Ali Shaheed Muhammad. She has appeared as a featured soloist at New York’s Lincoln Center and performed at renowned festivals across the international circuit.

As a composer she has contributed to high-profile productions including the Emmy Award-winning HBO Max series Hacks, along with Insiders (Netflix), Reasonable Doubt (Hulu), Cross (Amazon Prime Video) and Sugar (Apple TV+). In 2026 she tours the U.S. and Europe in support of her new album El Jazmín De Mi Patio.
