Hella Creative Film Club

Hella Creative Film Club is a new community film series built around Black cinema and Black image-making by Hella Creative.
As part of Hella Juneteenth Week, Film Club will present Black Is Beautiful: The Kwame Brathwaite Story at New Parkway Theater on Tuesday June 16th. The documentary celebrates the life and legacy of the legendary photographer and activist whose groundbreaking work immortalized Black beauty and had an undeniable impact on Black identity.
