Mark Morris stages and choreographs Holidayland, a new family-friendly dance work about a magical village that bursts into light, music, and movement for one day each year. Created with Goosebumps author R. L. Stine, the production extends Morris’ long history of turning music and popular culture into witty, generous theatrical worlds.

Nico Muhly composed the score, performed live by the Mark Morris Dance Group Music Ensemble. Allen Moyer designed the imaginative setting, Elizabeth Kurtzman created the costumes, and Mike Faba designed the lighting, bringing the story’s festive village to life for audiences of all ages.
