NoorAva – “Boundless”
NoorAva: Boundless is an immersive journey through Persian classical music, poetry, reflection and storytelling. Inspired by the teachings of 13th-century Persian poet and mystic Jalāl al-Dīn Rumi, the performance explores love, beauty, unity and the search for one’s true nature.
Composer and vocalist Alireza Shahmohammadi, percussionist Pejman Hadadi and multi-instrumentalist Behfar Bahadoran bring the world-premiere program to the Carriage House Theatre. Their work draws on Persian classical, regional and spiritual traditions, presenting music and sacred movement as forms of remembrance and contemplation.
