Spotlight Sundays: Alice Street Screening with Malonga Arts Dance and Drums

This Spotlight Sundays program highlights Oakland as a nexus of community belonging and resilience in the face of rapid gentrification. OMCA will screen Alice Street, directed by Spencer Wilkinson, which follows how a neighborhood mural at 14th and Alice catalyzed a multiracial coalition to protect cultural arts and livability in Oakland. The program also features Malonga Arts dance and drums.
