Tahirah Rasheed: The Light We Carry Forward presents work centered on memory, illumination and the ways Black communities preserve knowledge across generations. Rasheed’s practice considers light as both material and metaphor—a means of holding history while imagining what comes next.
The exhibition invites viewers to consider inheritance not as something fixed, but as a living resource carried, transformed and shared.
