The Ric Alexander Friendship Experience Live at Yoshi’s
Richmond’s own Ric Alexander a.k.a. Ric E. Ric (Saxophonist, songwriter, producer, actor, health advocate) returns to Yoshi’s in Oakland on July 21, 2026, fresh off sharing the stage with Jamie Foxx during a live audience taping of Foxx’s stand-up comedy special to be released on the streaming platform Hulu. Ric E. Ric is celebrating the release of his long-awaited album entitled “Triple Play” after touring with Oakland’s own Tony Toni Ton’e, featuring the late D’Wayne Wiggins, over the last fourteen years. Come celebrate with Ric and his live band “The Friendship Experience” featuring guest vocalists Nashea Elliott and Merkell Williams.
