Synchronize: A Panel Discussion Centering the Queer DJ of Color
Fingersnaps Media Arts, in the heart and soul of the Mission district San Francisco, is hosting “Synchronize,” a panel discussion that celebrates the multi-faceted life of the DJ. Fingernsnaps is a DJ Studio where we teach the art of the DJ mix.
In honor of Pride 2026, this discussion amplifies the voices of Queer DJs of color making music today. Our panel features a cohort of Bay Area DJs creating in different sectors, communities, and organizations. Mixing across sounds, audiences, and levels of experience, each DJ will discuss their joys, challenges, and truths.
