The Montreal-born, Nashville-based singer-songwriter has released the solo albums Outside Child and The Returner. Russell previously co-founded Po’Girl, Birds of Chicago and Our Native Daughters, and her work has received Grammy, Juno, Americana, SOCAN and Folk awards.
