Ballet Folklórico de México de Amalia Hernández marks its 75th anniversary as a leading ambassador for Mexican traditional dance. Founded in Mexico City by choreographer Amalia Hernández, the ensemble transformed the presentation of Mexican folk dance through original stage works and deep research into regional music, costumes, stories, and movement styles.
