Miko Marks Residency w/ Special Guest Kiazi Malonga

Rolling Stone calls Miko Marks’ voice a “marvelous instrument that imbues each song with a kind of hard-won authority.” Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, a granddaughter of the Great Migration, Miko has a timeless sound and style that evokes her family’s southern roots. Blending gospel, country soul, blues, and rock n roll, she has become a crowd-favorite at venues and festivals across the country and beyond.
Since returning to her recording career in 2019, after a 14-year hiatus, Miko has released 3 new albums and toured extensively in the U.S. and Canada. She has opened numerous shows for the Tedeschi Trucks Band, Little Feat, the Blind Boys of Alabama, the War and Treaty, and many more. When headlining, she fronts a Muscle Shoals-style band that includes the recent addition of three young gospel singers, all graduates of the Oakland School for the Arts.
